What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home. From the foundation to the roof, and the electrical to the plumbing, getting an inspection performed can help you make the best, most well-informed decision in your home-buying process. Whether it's a new or existing home, we can help.

Home Inspection Services

New Construction

Pre-Drywall (Phase II)

Getting the structure inspected before the drywall goes in is the last chance to get eyes on the components of the structure itself, as well as the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems that travel through the walls.

Pre-Closing Inspection

A final, comprehensive walkthrough to inspect the completed home prior to closing. We check on everything - roof, foundation, doors, windows, electrical, and plumbing!

11-Month Warranty

A check-in on the performance of the systems of the home prior to any builder warranty expiring, an 11-month inspection looks at all the components of the home and recommends any necessary remedies.

Existing Construction

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Systems inspected include the foundation, roof, exterior and interior walls, electrical system, plumbing, doors and windows, porches and balconies, and appliances, according to the TREC Standards of Practice.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Get a leg up on the market by having an up-to-date inspection report ready for potential buyers. Pre-listing inspections are performed to the same TREC Standards of Practice as our regular inspections.

Foundation measurements included with every inspection!
